Privacy policy — effective September 30, 2026 Fertiox.ca is operated by Profinity International Inc., 2477A Kaladar Ave. Unit 212 Ottawa, ON, K1V 8B9. Send privacy questions, access or correction requests, deletion requests and complaints to support@fertiox.com, marked “Privacy”. We may verify your identity before responding. Information we use We process the contact details, account information, delivery address, order history, reviews and support messages you provide to operate the store and fulfill purchases. Essential browser storage supports your cart, sign-in and privacy choices. Technical information, including IP addresses and request records, may be processed for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. Please do not send medical records or payment-card details in messages or reviews. Service providers Stripe processes payment information and recurring payment authorizations. Our application stores transaction references and order records, not full payment-card numbers. Hosting, email, address-assistance and shipping providers process the information needed to supply their services. Depending on the provider, information may be processed outside Canada and be subject to the laws of that location. Contact us for information about providers used for your order. Optional analytics and advertising Privacy preferences in the footer let you accept or reject optional measurement separately from advertising. Optional measurement includes browsing and offer statistics and automatic server cart copies. Advertising providers, when configured and enabled, may include Meta, TikTok and Google and may process browser identifiers and permitted page activity after advertising consent. Essential shopping remains available when you reject optional processing. You can withdraw consent through the same controls; withdrawal does not erase information already collected. Marketing-email consent is separate. You can request that promotional email stop by contacting support or using an available unsubscribe link. Retention and protection Information is retained as needed to fulfill orders, support accounts, maintain business records, prevent fraud and resolve disputes, and as required by applicable law. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. We limit administrative access and use access controls to protect store information; no system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to request deletion or an explanation of retention for a particular record. Some transaction or legal records may need to be retained after a deletion request. Your choices and updates Contact us to exercise applicable access, correction, consent-withdrawal or deletion rights, or to raise a concern. Applicable legal exceptions may limit a request. Updated policies show their effective date here. Where a new use requires consent, we will request it before that use.
