Shipping & delivery Canadian orders Prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars. Checkout currently accepts Canadian addresses. Standard shipping costs CA$11.99. The standard base charge is waived from CA$50.00 in eligible merchandise after discounts, before taxes. Any shipping promotion is shown before payment. Subscription renewals qualify based on their recurring items; an initial order containing one-time items may qualify differently. Processing and transit In-stock orders are normally processed the same or next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard carrier transit averages four business days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Remote locations, weather and carrier delays may take longer. Preorders follow the availability information on their product pages. Contact us before ordering a mixture of preorder and available items if you require separate delivery. Faster shipping An expedited option is offered only when available at checkout. Its additional charge and estimated transit time are displayed before payment. Free standard shipping does not automatically waive an expedited surcharge. International inquiries For delivery outside Canada, contact Sales@fertiox.com with your destination and requested products. We will confirm availability, shipping costs and any applicable import conditions before accepting an international order. There is currently no automatic international checkout or guaranteed worldwide flat rate. Delivery assistance Check your address before payment. Contact support@fertiox.com promptly with your order number for address corrections, tracking assistance, a missing parcel or damage. Address changes depend on whether dispatch has occurred. We will explain any proposed redelivery charge before arranging it. Do not return damaged goods without instructions. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
